Built for NHS care homes and GP practices

Ward rounds,
finally in sync.

One shared task board between care homes and GPs. AI drafts, clinicians decide, and EMIS stays the record.

  • Human in the loop: clinicians decide, not the AI
  • Patient identifiers tokenised before any AI use
  • UK GDPR compliant

The main event

The Care Home Task Board.

One shared board for every request from every home. Care homes raise, GPs triage, and everyone sees the same status until the outcome is confirmed.

  • Escalation: unanswered requests are chased and the care home is alerted

Human in the loop

The AI assists. Clinicians decide.

Our Human in the Loop protocol means AI is never in charge of a clinical decision. It prepares drafts and flags risks; a qualified clinician reviews every output and takes responsibility for what goes into the record.

  1. Step 1

    AI drafts

Prepares a draft from the source documents, always labelled "DRAFT — AI GENERATED — Requires clinician review".

  2. Step 2

    Safety checks

  3. Step 3 · Human

    Clinician decides

  4. Step 4 · Human

    Copy to EMIS

  5. Step 5

    EMIS records

  • No clinical decision is made by the AI
  • No automatic write-back to EMIS
  • Every AI output is labelled as a draft

Privacy by design

Identifiers are tokenised before anything reaches the AI.

Names, NHS numbers, dates of birth, phone numbers, emails and postcodes are swapped for anonymous tokens on our server. The AI works on tokens; real details come back only for the clinician.

1 · What staff enter

Patient details go in.

Patient: Synthetic AlphaDOB: 01/02/1940Reduced fluid intake for 2 days

Tokenisation is an automatic safeguard that finds identifiers by pattern, and names are caught where they follow a label such as "Patient:". It does not replace good practice: keep identifiers out of free text where you can. A clinician reviews every AI draft.

Trust

Built around the NHS standards you are assessed against.

  • UK GDPR

Compliant by design: documented lawful basis, data minimisation, tokenised AI prompts and a tamper-evident audit trail.

    Compliant · DPIA available
  • DCB0129

Manufacturer clinical risk management file and hazard log.

    In progress · sign-off pending
  • DCB0160

Deployment evidence pack to support your own Clinical Safety Officer's assessment.

    Evidence pack ready
  • DTAC

Digital Technology Assessment Criteria evidence mapped to the live product.

    Draft evidence pack
  • DSPT

Data Security and Protection Toolkit evidence for the 10 data security standards.

    Draft evidence pack

UK GDPR compliance is our own declaration; DCB0129, DCB0160, DTAC and DSPT are the standards we build to, not certifications. Contact us for the evidence packs and we will walk your Clinical Safety Officer and DPO through them.

How it helps

Less chasing, fewer missed reviews

For care homes

  • Raise a request in minutes, no NHS login needed
  • Track every request through to a confirmed outcome
  • Clear guidance on when to call 999 instead

For GPs and clinical teams

  • A prioritised view of what needs attention, what is overdue and what can be finished now
  • Less time retyping: reviewed drafts ready to paste into EMIS
  • A repeatable weekly round across every home

For practice managers and leads

  • Home-by-home view of review cadence against the EHCH framework
  • An audit trail of who did what, and when
  • Fewer missed reviews and chasing calls

Features

Everything the round needs

Care home task board

The shared board for every request from every home, with priority, status, wait time and escalation in one view.

One request inbox

Care-home staff submit structured requests with observations. GPs see them risk-sorted, with the next step clear.

Draft notes for EMIS

AI drafts consult notes, referrals and letter summaries. A clinician reviews, edits and copies the approved text into EMIS.

Ward-round planning

Build the round from what is overdue and what is urgent, work through it, and hand over to the MDT.

EHCH compliance tracking

See each home's reviews, medication reviews and care-plan cadence at a glance, with the next action named.

Escalation and follow-up

Urgent requests are flagged, unanswered ones escalate, and care homes can see when an outcome has been sent.

Safety checks on drafts

Drafts are cross-referenced against source documents and red flags are raised before anyone relies on them.
